WHO WE ARE

Team ASCEND is built on structure, discipline, and real results.

This isn’t random workouts or guesswork. It’s intentional training, intelligent programming, and a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself—physically and mentally.

Whether you’re just getting started, building your physique, or preparing for the stage, everything we do is designed to move you forward with purpose.

FOUNDER

I’m Aliah, a competitive bodybuilder, coach, and founder of Team ASCEND.

I’ve spent the past few years building my physique through structured training, disciplined nutrition, and a constant focus on improvement. Along the way, I realized how much confusion exists in fitness—people working hard, but not always working correctly.

That’s why I created Team ASCEND.

My goal is to help people train with intention, understand what they’re doing, and actually see progress—whether that’s in the gym, on stage, or in their confidence.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

  • Structured, progressive training

  • Physique development (muscle, symmetry, conditioning)

  • Sustainable nutrition strategies

  • Confidence and discipline

This is about more than just workouts.

It’s about raising your standard, pushing your limits, and becoming someone you’re proud of—inside and outside the gym.
